Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day. Please note this can take longer during our sale peak and promotional periods for shipments
to be dispatched.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is completed and specifying the tracking number to monitor
the shipment status.

Our products will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and to make sure that someone will be available
to receive and sign upon delivery.


Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS Courier. The estimated delivery time is one to three business days after the dispatch date.

Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline. ActEve  shall not be held responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by factors
that are beyond our control.


Refund and Returns Policy


If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept your return.
Our refund & returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without having been worn, washed or altered, with tags still attached
and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear without removing the protective hygiene strip.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are damaged or soiled.


To request for a refund, simply find the “return form” included in your package and fill in all the necessary fields and indicate which item(s) you wish to
return and the reason why. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that it is securely packaged in order to avoid damage in the transit.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
Please note that we can’t cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.

As soon as we receive and accept your returned shipment, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (currency, account and payment method as used for the original purchase).
In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take
a couple of days.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



To request for an axchange  simply find the “return form” included in your package and fill in all the necessary fields and indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
Then state the item you wish to exchange and the size. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress stated on the return form
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We sincerely apologize if something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
